Ben Ricard Photography partners with National Wildlife Federation
According to the National Wildlife Federation:
“We are a voice for wildlife, dedicated to protecting wildlife and habitat and inspiring the future generation of conservationists.”
Why the National Wildlife Federation? The NWF were founded in 1937 in the United States have now become the largest nonprofit, conservation education and advocacy organization with over four million members and supporters, along with 48 state and territorial affiliated organizations.
Their mission is to inspire Americans to protect wildlife for our children’s future.
There are a lot of incredible wildlife associations doing excellent work and using donations wisely and most importantly, honestly. However, I wanted to partner with an association based out of the United States because we are the largest contributor to global warming and deforestation for capitalistic purposes.
The NWF has made it their focus to educate the current generations in position of political power as well as the new generation about the importance of conservation and protecting the environment.
The United States must serve as a global example that change is possible if people are well educated. My decision to partner up with the National Wildlife Federation was an easy one, which is why 50% of proceeds of all Nature photographs purchased in my online store will go directly to the NWF in order to fight global warming before it is too late.
